Solution:
Stop releasing avatars that aren't purchasable on a limitless basis. And Please!!! stop giving away such as prizes from events or level up awards either.
And might I add and strongly suggest, instead of giving out quite useless limitless avatars during events, or as incentives for Cash Transactions.. give away item2s or other EX Items instead.
