Reopening the Migration for those players from GBNA/ijji who were on hiatus and failed to comply with the said date

Take into consideration some possible conditions you may or may not apply if you were to give thought to this and actually give in to such a humble request for 'Tis The Season Of/For  Love =D

1. Those who were/got banned at the said server will insist on trying to migrate as well.. seeing as this was the same thing that those banned at GPS did. As for the result of being able to migrate such or not.. I can never verify such. I don't know to what extent you could actually see, and if its in the "tool" as well.. but when and if such an account was, then that's definitely where you have to draw the line. *Capt. Obvious FTW *lol

2. Possible condition/compromise could be is, a minus in GP/Gold? (It's up to you to decide till how much % less) but retain All Cash and Gold Avatars or Just Cash Avatars? (of course, not inclusive of ijji made avatars) 

3. And/or Top-Up X-Deal (again, you choose the amount necessary)

By doing this, both parties achieve their goal. Your company earns while adding to client count and consumers given a chance to get back what is rightfully theirs (then again, yeah i know, nobody else but the company owns the account/s and everything in its inventory)
