- Remodel your Forum Format according to Basic Foruming layout
- Get a new Moderator, the one you previously have is (STILL, update as of June 2010) NOT DOING HIS/HER JOB
- Active Topics (informative primarily) should remain above the list
- Add a "Guild Recruitment" section as well as a "Recent Discontent" one
- Segregate accordingly and delete senseless or repeated threads/topics/posts
