As obvious as it is, the ratio between gold and cash is approx 2:8; not just in quantity, but in avatar stats as well. It's a given, it takes real money to run a company.. but, the imbalance in Gold vs Cash release in avatar and its stat distribution (which is decided by the Brand Manager mainly and not GameMasters, but a possible brainstorming could take place) should have a compromise for its non-Cash clients (who are about as high as 60% of the population) as well. Such a compromise, if handled appropriately, could even entice non-Cash users to eventually charge)
I know how much Gold-Only users hate having to battle it off with overpowered (Cash avatar, item2, Pet, Functional Item and/or mobile card) players (It's quite simple really, don't play against cash users, create your own room and put desired title/rule, and if those who enter don't follow.. there's always the infamous /kick option XD. for example, I play with "Random. No or Pop Ava" yours could be Gold Ava NoItem2/Pet/MC) ..
but you should always keep in mind the fact, Cash Players are the ones keeping this game alive!!!
Cash players should also remember and accept the fact that without the Gold-Only users.. you will see an enormous drop in player count (which actually has happened already due to servers shutting down/non-migration and season2 kick-off which introduced IMBA items that IMHO have ruined the game) and believe it or not, this will affect the way you enjoy the game.
Solution:
- New Items Released should at least be 4:8 (4 for Gold / 8 for Cash) and it's stat distribution (only applicable to avatars) adjusted for the benefit of non-cash players.
- and/or, *for every 1,000 Cash make it purchasable also by Gold at 500,000 (which could also lead to a mark up in player count and more consumers playing longer) for example, an item2 costs 3,000 Cash-100 EA = 1,500,000 Gold. But in doing so, the player must send a request via Q&A. Then whoever is appointed to cater to the said requests will inspect account for malicious gained Gold.
Cash users may think this is unfair, but keep in mind, how much gold can a player really make in 1 LEGIT game? Regardless if the person was on 100 Popularity nor plays 4vs4. As most complain in the drop count of players? this is yet another solution to that as well.
*This should only apply to selected avatars, most ex items (specially item2s) and some pet needs. And "3,000 Cash:1,500,000 Gold" being just a ratio example.
~ To the players, know the reason why this has not been applied even back at Thor's Hammer version.. is because of those who use and abuse 3rd party programs to gain Gold and/or GP. So adjust your patience/understanding (even if it's been about 8 years lol) as to why till this day, Softnyx hasn't considered such.
Pros:
- Possible mark up in player count and players staying longer in-game *VNS! *Thx *lol
Cons:
- Definite mark up in 3rd party program use *T^T *Noob~ (Unless, nProtect patches quick enough which obviously isn't the case)
- More noob accounts lurking and/or game fixing (f8, AFK & free kills)
